In my 10+ years as a graphic designer and web designer I’ve had a lot of clients say to me.
“I would do this myself, because I have Publisher on my computer. But… I just don’t have the time. Because really it is just pushing a button and you make it look pretty, right? So why do you charge $50 an hour??”
Sooo…to prove my misbegotten clients right. Yes, it is so easy to design, it only takes a few minutes, as proven by the design of the third Parasol Protectorate cover shown here (design meets books my favorite cross-species):
